The accident happened Friday morning, after two vehicles collided in West Goshen.
The crash shut down all lanes of 202 between the US Route 30 bypass and the Boot Road exit.
West Whiteland Police have confirmed one fatality.
They say one other person was injured in the crash. The injuries to that person are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police are still investigating what led to the crash.
