It happened just before 9:00pm at the Brandywine Hills Apartments in the 4300 block of Miller Road in Wilmington.
Police responded to a report of shots fired and found a man with a gunshot wound to his upper body sitting in a car.
He was transported to Christiana Hospital where he later died.
Two people were shot earlier on Monday outside of the Harbor Club Apartments in New Castle just before 4:00pm. One of the victims died at the hospital.
Delaware Police are looking for suspects and motives in both of the shootings.
