It happened at Germantown and Hunting Park Avenues in North Philadelphia at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say a fight escalated between the driver and a 25-year-old woman.
Officers say the driver then hit the woman with the car and drove away.
The woman wasn't seriously hurt.
Police are looking for a blue and white Ford Crown Victoria.
