Blake Alexander Ciarlone was born Wednesday at Paoli Memorial Hospital.
He tipped the scale at a whopping 12 pounds nine ounces.
Blake is the biggest baby delivered at the hospital since it began keeping records.
Even though Blake was already 8 pounds at 35 weeks, mom and dad didn't think he would be quite this big.
"I didn't expect him to be so big. He surprised us. He's a nice big boy," said Allison Ciarlone.
