The blaze started in a vacant building at the old Cedarbrook Country Club on Ogontz Avenue in Cheltenham around 11 p.m. Sunday.
The surrounding property has been renovated into the WyngateTownhomes.
None of those residences were affected by the fire.
Crews battled several flare-ups before finally containing the two-alarm fire.
No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
