Police say Hong Yang is charged with aggravated assault and weapons charges. Her bail was set at $200,000.
Authorities tell the Asbury Park Press that she stabbed her 37-year-old boyfriend around 3 p.m. Sunday in the home they share.
They say the man was in stable condition Monday afternoon at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune.
As a condition of bail, Yang is not allowed to have contact with the man or return to her home.
