The fire broke out around 12:30 a.m. on the 400 block of Penn Street.
Officials say when they arrived, they discovered heavy fire on the first and second floors which caused a partial floor collapse.
It took firefighters over an hour to get the blaze under control.
The occupants were able to get out of the home safely and there are no reports of any injuries.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the blaze.
