Police say a suspect entered the store on 1378 South Governors Avenue at 2:26 p.m. Monday. The man was armed with a handgun and demanded money.
A 36-year-old male employee began fighting with the suspect and at one point was hit over the head with the gun. The suspect then fled without any cash or other items.
