The fire broke out just before 1:00 a.m. on the 8600 block of Michener Avenue.
Officials say, firefighters arrived to heavy smoke coming from the second floor of the row house.
The fire left a window charred but all the residents were able to get out safely.
Investigators are trying to determine what sparked the blaze.
