The fire happened around 12:15 a.m. on the 1300 block of Maine Avenue in Hainesport.
Officials say the fire spread from the trailers to an adjoining building at the Alcon Company which manufactures aluminum products.
The trailers contained materials and tires.
The fire was placed under control and no injuries were reported.
