The crash occurred just before 9:00 p.m. on the 200 block of South Olds Boulevard in Fairless Hills.
Police say a male leaving the Lake View Terrace Apartments lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating.
