Burglar caught on camera smashing, stealing cash register in Phila.

PHILADELPHIA - November 15, 2012

It happened Saturday November 10th at 1:55 a.m.

Police say a man broke into Kim's Trio Delight in the 6700 block of Germantown Avenue by smashing through the glass front door.

He then worked for several minutes trying to pry the cash register from the counter. He ended up smashing the top and making off with the cash drawer containing $100 in cash.

Police have released the following description of the suspect:

Black male, 30-40 years-of-age, stocky build, medium complexion, mustache, wearing a blue ski cap, blue sweatshirt, khaki pants, white with black striped ADIDAS sneakers.
