Curtis Raison is charged with home invasion, robbery, theft and resisting arrest.
Police say Raison broke into a home in the 100 block of Carnoustie Road in Fox Hall Tuesday and was in the process of taking things when he was confronted by the homeowner.
The two men struggled briefly. Police say Raison threatened to stab the homeowner, then fled with two laptop computers and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police responded to the scene and used a Dover Police K9 dog to track Raison down.
Officers say they found him running through some woods and arrested him after a struggle.
Raison was charged with the home invasion and an earlier burglary as well.
He is behind bars in default of $60,000 bail.
