3 teens charged in Vineland tire slashings

VINELAND, N.J. - November 23, 2012

Police say about 32 cars were hit in Vineland sometime overnight Thursday into Friday.

Most of the damaged cars were parked at the Little Flower Trailer Park in the 1800 block of Delsea Drive near Garden Road.

Police say tires were also slashed on cars belonging to EMS workers stationed at West and Wheat Avenues.

After talking to numerous victims and witnesses, authorities were able to catch the suspects. Two 14-year-olds boys and a 15-year-old boy were arrested and charged.

Police say the teens admitted to their involvement. At the home of one of the boys two bikes and two knives were found.

The trio faces a list of charges including Criminal Mischief, Possession of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Theft.
