Officers tell Action News that Joseph Brown from the 500 block of E. Mayland Street, was last seen in The Gallery at 901 Market Street on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at about 1:30 p.m.
Brown is described as:
5'4" tall
145 pounds
Curly white hair
Brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black baseball hat, navy blue jacket, blue sweatshirt, grey pants and black and grey sneakers.
