It happened around 11:30 Saturday morning at the Iron Workers Bank on the 100 block of Ridge Road.
Police say a man walked into the bank and implied that he had a weapon.
No weapon was every shown but the suspect got away with an undetermined amount. He was seen fleeing into the Glen Eagle Shopping Center.
The suspect is described as a black male, 25-35-years-old, approximately 5'6"-5'7" tall with a medium to stocky build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, red baseball cap and sunglasses.
No one was injured during the incident.
