Wilmington offering parking break during holiday

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - NOvember 26, 2012

Starting on Monday, parking will be free at on-street meters beginning at noon each day. Motorists still have a two hour time limit, however.

The parking break will last through Dec. 31.
