Police say the man seen in surveillance photos has stolen the identities of three residents in the past two years.
The most recent incident happened last month.
One victim told police someone opened several credit cards using his identity.
Anyone who recognizes the man in the photos is being asked to call Lower Southampton Police at 215-357-1234.
