24-year-old Walkeena Moody was found dead at 3:11 a.m. Wednesday in a bathtub in her home at the Ferry Station Apartments.
She had multiple stab wounds on her head and neck.
Police arrested Robert Norwood, 47, of the 800 block of Chelten Avenue in Camden Wednesday morning.
He has been charged with murder and was behind bars Wednesday afternoon awaiting arraignment.
Prosecutors say Norwood was Moody's boyfriend. She had a restraining order filed against him on August 28th of this year.
