Police found an unexpected rider in the back seat of a car -- a 250-pound potbellied pig named Penelope.
Officers in Youngstown, Ohio, were responding to a report of an abandoned car.
It apparently was stolen and looked like it had been in a crash.
The Pennsylvania woman who owns the pig was visiting a friend in town.
Police had the car towed with the Penelope the pig still inside.
The Vindicator newspaper reports police are looking for suspects.
