They arrested David Duran at his home on Beckley Street in Wernersville.
In a search, police say they found nearly 800 packets of heroin, a pound and a half of marijuana, and a loaded gun.
Duran is facing a list of charges and according to police his customers were coming from nearby Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
