The shooting happened at 11:11 p.m. at the Tamarack Apartments in the 2000 block of Ferry Avenue.
Police arrived to find 25-year-old Rasheeda Pegues shot to death in the parking lot.
She was shot multiple times, police said, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
So far, there have been no arrests in this crime.
