PHILADELPHIA - December 20, 2012 --
Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey is joining other law enforcements leaderrs in Washington Thursday.The leaders will meet with Vice-President Joe Biden to discuss ways to stop gun violence.
The effort is expected to help President Obama prepare legislation for congress that would tighten gun laws.
