The incident happened around 5:00 a.m. while the man was driving his car.
The victim told police, he was shot in the leg and drove a short distance before stopping in a gas station on the 4600 block of Lancaster Avenue.
He was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Police are investigating.
