It happened around 10:30 Saturday night at the University Court Apartments.
Authorities say three men dressed in black clothes with dark-colored scullies forced their way in and opened fire.
One victim - in his 20s - was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene.
Another male - also in his 20s - was shot multiple times and taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition.
The third victim - a teenager - was hit in the chest and the face and was taken in critical condition to HUP.
