Lindsey Dembkowski was arrested Friday and charged with robbing the store on Capitol Trail in Newark.
Police say after she ran out of the store, a 44-year-old woman chased after her.
According to police, Dembkowski offered the woman some of the stolen money.
But the customer refused and instead took pictures of the suspect and her vehicle.
Police caught up with Dembkowski a short time later thanks to the information provided by the customer.
