Middlesex County prosecutors have charged 37-year-old Andrew Grossman with murder, tampering with evidence and hindering the investigation.
Police early Wednesday found 65-year-old Ronald Grossman dead in the Monroe Township home that he shared with his son. Officials say the victim sustained head, back and neck injuries.
It's not clear if the son has a lawyer.
