The Wisconsin man needs a kidney transplant and he's using a highway billboard to try to find a potential donor.
Casper's billboard is on U.S. Highway 41.
It reads: "One kidney. One life. Can you donate?"
Casper tells the Appleton Post-Crescent the billboard has generated nearly 20 leads for a living donor.
Now, he's waiting to see if any of those is a match.
A shortage of potential donors is a nationwide problem.
