It happened around 12:30 p.m. near the intersection of Trooper Road and Ridge Pike.
The view from Chopper 6 HD showed a tractor trailer stopped at the scene with workers around the large blue container.
There was no immediate word on how this accident happened.
No injuries have been reported.
Southbound Trooper Road was closed for about an hour.
