Pennsylvania State Police arrested 31-year-old Robert Miller, IV following an investigation that began back in July.
Police say they found digital images of child porn after seizing Miller's computer last month.
He is being held on $150,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday.
