The accident happened at Aramingo Avenue and Ontario Street in Port Richmond around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say a car and a motorcycle collided.
A 19-year-old man, believed to be on the motorcycle, was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.
