A driver struck 55-year-old Judy Paul late last month in the 8200 block of Ogontz Avenue.
She died from her injuries a week later.
Police say on October 27th at 8:40 p.m., Paul, a nurse, was crossing with her husband and daughter to catch a bus. It is not clear what the signals indicated.
"They are walking across; the daughter and husband make it across, she gets hit by a 2004 to 2008 Nissan Maxima - a dark gray color," said Chief John Norris.
Police know that because the hit-and-run car left behind a damaged passenger side mirror. They say the driver never slowed.
