The crash occurred around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Boot Road and Greenhill Road.
Officials say several people had to be rescued after one vehicle overturned at the intersection.
The incident involved a white van and a jeep.
The four victims were taken to Paoli Hospital for treatment.
