The flames broke out just before 1:00 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Paschall Mill Road.
Authorities say heavy fire was seen coming from the home upon arrival on the scene.
Firefighters rescued two people from inside. One of the victims was taken to Jennersville Regional Hospital in an unknown condition.
Fire crews were able to place the blaze under control about 30 minutes later.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
