Police say 67-year-old Silvia Burns of Seaford, Delaware was reported missing by her daughter at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday. She was last seen on the 2800 block of S Warnock Street in South Philadelphia while visiting family.
She was found overnight and is with her family.
