It happened around 10:00 Sunday night in the 900 block of East Russell Street.
A 19-year-old male was shot at point blank range in the head and died, police say.
Two innocent bystanders, an 18-year-old male was shot in the legs and a woman in her 30s was shot in the heel. Both were taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
Police have not released a possible motive.
The homicide is under investigation.
