It was 8:30 p.m. when two masked men entered the Indiana Mini Mart, located at 3001 North 26th Street in the city's Allegheny West section.
One of the suspects pointed a handgun at an employee while the second suspect took money from the cash register.
After getting the money both suspects fled the store on foot.
The first suspect is described as a black male, late teens to early 20's, light complexion, wearing a brown colored bubble jacket with a gray camouflage hooded sweatshirt underneath, gray cargo pants and his face was covered with a two tone blue scarf.
The second suspect is described as a black male, late teens to early 20's, thin build medium complexion, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants and his face was covered with a white scarf.
