The Centre Daily Times reports 48-year-old Jay LeBlanc, of Bellefonte, was stopped just before midnight Friday after an officer saw LeBlanc's pickup truck bump another car while LeBlanc was trying to park.
Police arrested LeBlanc again about 1:50 a.m. Saturday after another officer saw LeBlanc driving erratically. Both incidents happened in Bellefonte.
Police had given LeBlanc a ride to his girlfriend's house after the first arrest, but saw him driving less than 25 minutes later.
Police say LeBlanc's pickup was drifting over the center line of the road when they stopped him the second time. LeBlanc reportedly told police he lost control of the truck while searching for his cigarettes.
Online court records don't list an attorney for LeBlanc.
