It happened inside Solid Gold Jewelers on the 100 block of West 9th Street sometime between Saturday afternoon and this morning.
Preliminary reports suggest that someone broke in through the roof and took a significant amount of jewelry.
Police aren't commenting on the amount taken or if there are any leads in the case.
