The robbery happened around 3:15 a.m. on the 1100 block of Hurffville Road (Route 41).
According to police, two masked men, one of them armed flashed a handgun at the hotel clerk and demanded money.
They made off with $400 and then fled the scene.
Police are not sure if a getaway car was waiting for them in the parking lot or if they left from Hurffville Road.
The bandits were described as both wearing ski masks and gloves.
The suspect with the gun wore a light brown hoodie and the other wore a dark blue hoodie.
So far, there are no reports of any injuries.
Police are checking out the surveillance cameras for information.
