Police say two men were shot in the 3800 block of Pearl Street just before 2:00 a.m.
One a 21-year-old man was shot five time. He was rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he is listed in critical condition.
The other victim, a 28-year-old man suffered a graze wound to his ear. He was treated and released.
The shooting remains under investigation.
The suspect is described as a man in his 20's, 5'8" tall, clean shaven, wearing a green sweat shirt.
