A publisher in the Lehigh Valley stands accused of raping a teenaged girl, and now the victim's mother is speaking out.

Allentown police arrested Roberto Montero on Friday. He is the founder of El Torero, the local Spanish newspaper.

Sharl Morris says Montero attacked her 15-year-old daughter on December 5th while she was walking to dance class. And Morris fears there may be more young victims.

"I'm letting them know that it's okay for them to say something," Morris said. "Thank God my daughter did or else he would have been on the street doing the same things over and over again."

Morris is asking people to boycott Montero's businesses.

Since his arrest, he transferred ownership of the paper to his girlfriend.

Montero is due in court on Friday.
