The incident occurred on the 3700 block of Main Street.
Officers on patrol discovered a side door broken at the store and went inside to investigate.
Once inside, they found the electric and alarms had been cut and the store safe missing.
Police say $15,000 in cash was stolen from the safe.
There were no reports of any injuries.
