It happened just before 9:00 a.m. 1010 Bancroft Parkway.
Police say the 82-year-old driver crashed into the brick wall of a commercial building causing a portion of the entrance to crumble.
Police believe the driver was arriving for an appointment. He was not injured, but the doctor and patients inside were startled.
The driver was cited for inattentive driving.
