Tristan Fulton, 39, was shot and killed in the 1600 block of Louis Street on the night of January 2nd.
On Monday, investigators released surveillance images of a person of interest in the crime.
The video was taken at Sheridan and Norris streets at 11:53 p.m.
Police say the man was seen walking with three other men then, moments later, he is seen walking alone.
A $1,000 reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
