The accident was reported just before 2:30 Wednesday afternoon on Route 130 near Hankins Road in Robbinsville.
Officials say a truck went off the roadway and burst into flames.
The driver and lone occupant was pronounced dead at the scene.
Robbinsville Police are investigating.
