It happened about 7:50 p.m. Thursday at the BP station on Pulaski Highway.
Troopers say a man whose face was covered with a cloth entered the shop brandishing a knife and demanded money from the cashier.
The robber got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and grabbed several cartons of cigarettes before running away.
