Jimmy "superfly" Snuka claimed Nancy Argentino fell and hit her head in their whitehall township motel, back in 1983.
At the time police ruled Argentino's death accidental.
But now, the Lehigh County District Attorney admits she died under "unusual circumstances."
A grand jury will reexamine the case. The investigation is expected to take several months.
