75-year-old David Anthony Seiver was arrested Thursday by members of the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for possession and distribution of child pornography.
Seiver, who is on probation for federal child pornography charges, told authorities that he knows child pornography is illegal, but "he couldn't help himself" and he has "already been through therapy" with his prior Federal (FBI) case.
Seiver was arrested without incident. He is being held on $100,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 7, 2014.
