It happened around 8:30 Tuesday night on the 8400 block of Limekiln Pike.
Authorities say the flames broke out on the 8th floor of the 10-story building. A second alarm was quickly struck.
The blaze was brought under control just after 9:00 p.m.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
